Why reach for frozen fish sticks when it's so easy to prepare them from scratch -- just start with McCormick® Crispy Chicken Tenders Seasoning Mix. Photo credit: Kristen Doyle from Dine and Dish.
1 package McCormick® Crispy Chicken Tenders Seasoning Mix
1 tablespoon milk
1 pound firm white fish fillets, such as cod, halibut or haddock, cut into strips
2 tablespoons butter, melted
McCormick® Original Tartar Sauce for Seafood
Preheat oven to 450°F. Empty Seasoning Mix into shallow dish. Beat egg and milk in separate shallow dish. Dip fish in egg mixture. Coat evenly on both sides with Seasoning Mix. Discard any remaining egg mixture and Seasoning Mix.
Place fish in single layer on foil-lined shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Drizzle fish evenly with melted butter.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning halfway through cook time. Serve with tartar sauce, if desired.
