Classic Chicken Parmesan

No frying needed for this quick and easy Chicken Parmesan. Serve with a side of pasta or on Italian bread for a Chicken Parm sub.

  • Preheat oven to 400°F. Empty Seasoning Mix into shallow dish. Brush chicken with oil. Coat evenly on both sides with Seasoning Mix. Discard any remaining Seasoning Mix.

  • Place chicken in single layer on foil-lined shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.

  • Bake 10 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Turn chicken over. Spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

Cooking tip

Skillet Directions: Coat chicken as directed. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken in batches, adding more oil if necessary; cook 5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Spoon sauce over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover. Cook 1 to 2 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.
