Add some sweet heat to chicken fingers with cinnamon, red pepper and brown sugar.
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Salt
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Onion Powder
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Red Pepper, Crushed
1 pound chicken tenders or boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips
Mix brown sugar, garlic salt, cinnamon, onion powder and red pepper in shallow dish. Coat chicken tenders with spice mixture. Place on greased baking pan.
Broil 5 minutes per side or until chicken is cooked through.
