Bag 'n Season® Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin is the easy way to make juicy roasted pork tenderloin.
1 package McCormick® Bag 'n Season® Herb Roasted Pork Tenderloin
2 pork tenderloins, (about 1 pound each)
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Arrange opened Cooking Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Place pork tenderloins in bag.
Sprinkle Seasoning Mix evenly over pork. Turn pork in bag until evenly coated. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.
Bake in lower half of oven 25 to 30 minutes. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open bag. Slice pork and serve with pan juices.
IMPORTANT: Allow 8 inches for bag to expand while cooking. Cooking bag should not touch oven walls or racks.
To Prepare With Pork Roast: Prepare as directed. Bake boneless pork roast (2 pounds) for 45 minutes.
(Amount per serving)
Wonder if you could put veggies in the bag also?

Very good....so easy to make!...I do add a little water in the bag...very little bit of water...and when the port is finished cooking, I drain the juice in some pork gravy...yum!
Sounds easy, delicious and FAST (with little fuss & basic couple of steps/ingredients). Pretty healthy at only 4 gms of fat. Perfect for a quick invite.
This sounds delicious. I will be trying it for Easter with some creamed peas with almonds and rice pilaf.
