1 package McCormick® Bag 'n Season® Country Style Chicken
1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
2 tablespoons flour
2 cups water
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1 can (5 ounces) refrigerated buttermilk biscuits, quartered
Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange opened Cooking Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Place chicken in single layer in bag.
Mix Seasoning Mix and flour in medium bowl. Gradually add water, stirring until smooth. Stir in peas. Pour over chicken. Place biscuit pieces in the bag over the chicken. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.
Bake in lower half of oven 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve chicken with dumplings and sauce.
Allow 8 inches for bag to expand while cooking. Cooking bag should not touch oven walls or racks.
