Asian Tuna with Toasted Sesame

McCormick® Seafood Sauce is a quick and flavorful way to add Asian flair to tuna or mahi mahi.

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Mix Seafood Sauce, orange juice and orange peel in small bowl. Pour over fish in lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.

  • Bake 18 to 20 minutes or until desired doneness. To serve, spoon sauce over tuna. Sprinkle with green onion and toasted sesame seed.

Cooking tip

How to toast sesame seed: Heat small skillet on medium heat. Add sesame seed; cook and stir 2 minutes or until golden brown and fragrant. Immediately pour out of hot pan to avoid over-toasting.

Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute halibut or swordfish for the tuna or mahi mahi.
