You wouldn't think it at first, the apples & onions, but this recipe is delicious AND the reason I brought pork back into my life after going cold-turkey on it for a few years. This is the only way I cook pork chops now. The flour/spice mixture is great all by itself if you want to omit making the apple-infused gravy. Even my 9 year old daughter BriAnna loves it!

I have made this before. I bought the prepackages spice card with the recipe card attached. I just misplaced the card. GREAT recipe. serving simple steamed rice and veggies!

Really good and fast! I like the proportioned spices and would love to find it in a store again, anyone seen it lately?

So happy I found the recipe again on here! We made this with the prepacked blend, but after serching several stores I no longer find it. It's a big favorite with my kids and parents. One of my favorite fall/ winter recipes. It's fast, easy and as a working single parent this is one dish I love to put on the table. Reminds me of a similar dish my German Oma made. It also made me remember how important the right spice mixs are to create great meals.

I've made this recipe at least 20 times already and LOVE it. It's delicious, low calorie, easy, and inexpensive. I get compliments every time I make it and you can even substitute peaches for apples and/or leave out the brown sugar. The sample package is inexpensive and now we have all of them in our cupboard. Worth a try if you're looking for a new dish. You won't regret it!!

I liked it, but the family didn't. Scared about the apples and onions I think.
