DIRECTIONS
1. For the Salsa, mix all ingredients in medium bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve..
2. For the Chicken, mix Italian seasoning, garlic pepper and mustard in shallow dish. Rub seasonings onto chicken to coat evenly.
3. Coat large nonstick skillet with no stick cooking spray. Heat pan over medium heat. Cook chicken 5 to 7 minutes per side or until cooked through. Serve chicken with Salsa.
Tips
Test Kitchen Tip: If chicken breasts are large, remove tenders. Or, butterfly thick pieces by slicing in half horizontally, then cut into two pieces.
