Prepare Oven Roasted Tomatoes for this simple, yet flavorful pasta dish.
Makes 5 (1-cup) servings.

Cook Time: 1 hour
Oven Roasted Tomatoes8 ounces spaghetti2 tablespoons olive oil
1. Prepare Oven Roasted Tomatoes. 2. Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain well.3. Place half of the roasted tomatoes and olive oil in large bowl; coarsely mash tomatoes. Add pasta and remaining roasted tomatoes; toss to coat. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
