Oven Roasted Tomatoes (recipe link below)
8 ounces spaghetti
2 tablespoons olive oil
DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare Oven Roasted Tomatoes.
2. Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain well.
3. Place half of the roasted tomatoes and olive oil in large bowl; coarsely mash tomatoes. Add pasta and remaining roasted tomatoes; toss to coat. Serve with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
