INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon oil
1 medium green or red bell pepper (or 1/2 of each), cut into thin strips
1 medium onion, sliced thin (2 cups)
1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Smokehouse Ground Black Pepper
1 teaspoon seasoned salt
8 flour tortillas (6-inch)
Assorted toppings such as salsa, shredded cheese and sour cream (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add bell pepper and onion; cook and stir 5 minutes. Remove vegetable mixture from skillet.
2. Add beef, Smokehouse Pepper and seasoned salt to skillet; cook and stir 5 minutes or until beef is no longer pink. Return vegetable mixture to skillet; cook and stir 1 to 2 minutes or until heated through.
3. To serve, spoon beef mixture onto warmed tortillas. Serve with assorted toppings, if desired.
