INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 green onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Parsley Flakes
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper, Ground
2 tablespoons white wine or 1 tablespoon lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
1. Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp, green onion, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink. Stir in wine or lemon juice.
2. Serve over cooked orzo, pasta or rice, if desired.
Tips
Test Kitchen Tip: Prepare as directed, substituting 2 teaspoons McCormick® Garlic with Extra Virgin Olive Oil or McCormick® California Style Minced Garlic made from Fresh Garlic or 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder for the minced garlic.
