Grill Mates® Montreal Chicken Seasoning and other herbs and spices combine to make a grilling paste that makes succulent, juicy chicken. It works well with the chicken skin on or off.
Makes 12 servings.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
3 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Chicken Seasoning or McCormick® Grill Mates® 25% Less Sodium Montreal Chicken Seasoning1 teaspoon McCormick® Allspice, Ground1 teaspoon McCormick® Chili Powder1 teaspoon McCormick® Thyme Leaves1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Caraway Seed, crushed1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Mustard, Ground4 teaspoons balsamic vinegar2 teaspoons vegetable oil4 pounds bone-in chicken parts
1. Mix first 6 ingredients in small bowl. Stir in balsamic vinegar and oil. 2. Rub mixture evenly on chicken. 3. Grill over medium heat with lid closed 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, turning occasionally.
