INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips
1 medium onion, chopped
1 medium bell pepper, cut into thin strips
2 tablespoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Basil & Garlic Seasoning, divided
1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, onion, bell pepper and 1 tablespoon of the Seasoning; cook and stir 5 to 7 minutes.
2. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon Seasoning, tomatoes, tomato sauce and sugar. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 minutes.
3. Serve over cooked pasta and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese, if desired.
