Serve this flavorful pork with sliced avocados and Black Bean and Corn Salsa.
Makes 8 servings.
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Refrigerate Time: 15 minutes
Cook Time: 40 minutes
2 tablespoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Roasted Garlic & Bell Pepper Seasoning1 tablespoon brown sugar1 teaspoon McCormick® Chili Powder1/2 teaspoon salt2 pork tenderloins (about 1 pound each)
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix Seasoning, brown sugar, chili powder and salt in small bowl. Coat pork evenly with seasoning mixture. 2. Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Place pork on rack in foil-lined shallow roasting pan. 3. Roast 35 to 40 minutes or until desired doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
