DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Beat egg in shallow bowl. Mix Seafood Coating Mix and pecans in shallow dish.
2. Dip fish fillets in egg. Shake off excess. Roll fillets in coating mixture to cover evenly. Place on foil-lined baking sheet.
3. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Tips
Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute cod, pollock, rainbow trout or striped bass for the catfish.
