DIRECTIONS
1. Drain can of salmon or use cooked salmon. Remove skin and bones. Flake salmon.
2. Mix Classic Mix and mayonnaise in large bowl. Add salmon; toss gently until well mixed. Shape into 5 patties.
3. Broil or fry 5 minutes per side or until golden brown, turning once. Serve with tartar sauce, if desired.
Tips
Flavorful Tip: Stir 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped, or 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onion into salmon mixture.
