DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Brush chicken with 1 tablespoon of the oil. Coat evenly on both sides with Crusting Blend. Place chicken on foil-lined shallow baking pan. Discard any remaining Crusting Blend.
2. Toss potatoes with remaining 1 tablespoon oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper to taste. Place potatoes around chicken in pan
3. Roast 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and potatoes are tender.
