INGREDIENTS
2 pounds lean ground beef or ground turkey
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup dry bread crumbs or 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread)
1 package McCormick® Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup ketchup, chili sauce or tomato sauce (optional)
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix all ingredients except ketchup in large bowl until well blended.
2. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup, if desired.
3. Bake 1 hour or until cooked through.
Tips
Mini Meat Loaves: Use 1/2 cup ketchup in place of milk. Shape meat mixture into 8 loaves. Place in 13x9-inch baking pan. Spoon additional ketchup over top. Bake 30 minutes or until cooked through. Makes 8 servings.
Test Kitchen Tip: To reduce sodium, prepare meatloaf with McCormick® 30% Less Sodium Meat Loaf Seasoning Mix and no salt added ketchup or tomato sauce.
