DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Brush pork chops with oil. Coat evenly on both sides with Crusting Blend. Place on foil-lined shallow baking pan. Discard any remaining Crusting Blend.
3. Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until pork is desired doneness.
Tips
Skillet Directions: Moisten 1 pound boneless pork chops (1/2-inch thick), lightly with water. Coat evenly on both sides with 1/3 cup McCormick® Italian Herb & Cheese Crusting Blend. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-low heat. Add pork chops. Cook 5 minutes per side or until pork chops are browned and cooked to desired doneness. Add additional 1 tablespoon oil as needed.
