Steaks get a bold, flavorful crust when rubbed with Grill Mates® Sweet & Smoky Rub.
Makes 4 servings.

1 pound New York strip steaks (about 3/4-inch thick)
2 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Sweet & Smoky Rub
1. Rub steaks generously on both sides with Rub. 2. Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
