DIRECTIONS
1. Rub oil over flesh side of fish. Sprinkle evenly with Seasoning
2. Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 7 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serve with Cucumber Sour Cream Sauce, if desired.
Tips
Cucumber Sour Cream Sauce: Mix 1 container (6 ounces) plain lowfat yogurt, 1/4 cup reduced fat sour cream, 1/2 cup finely chopped, peeled and seeded cucumber, 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley and 1 teaspoon Grill Mates® Lemon Pepper with Herbs in small bowl. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Spoon about 2 tablespoons sauce over each salmon fillet. Refrigerate any leftover sauce. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
Test Kitchen Tip: Substitute swordfish or mahi mahi for the salmon.
