Grilled Chicken and Vegetable Kabobs

Grill Mates® Montreal Chicken Seasoning imparts the exceptional flavors of onion, garlic and herbs to these kabobs.

Makes 6 servings.

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Refrigerate Time: 30 minutes

Cook Time: 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup olive oil

3 tablespoons white or white wine vinegar

2 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Montreal Chicken Seasoning or 2 tablespoons McCormick®25% Grill Mates® Less Sodium Montreal Chicken Seasoning

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes

4 cups assorted vegetable pieces, such as bell pepper, onion, corn, zucchini and mushrooms

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix oil, vinegar and Chicken Seasoning in small bowl. Place chicken in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.

2. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove chicken from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. Alternately thread chicken cubes and vegetables onto skewers. Lightly sprinkle chicken and vegetables with additional Chicken Seasoning, if desired.

3. Grill over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender, turning frequently.
