The lemon peel, herbs and spices in Garlic, Lemon & Rosemary Crusting Blend perfectly complements salmon.
Makes 4 servings.
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
1 pound salmon fillets
1/3 cup McCormick® Garlic, Lemon & Rosemary Crusting Blend
1. Preheat oven to 425°F. 2. Brush fish fillets with oil. Coat evenly on both sides with Crusting Blend. Place on foil-lined shallow baking pan. Discard any remaining Crusting Blend. 3. Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
