INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon oil
1 pound boneless pork chops, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1 package McCormick® Taco Seasoning Mix
1/2 cup water
12 corn tortillas, flour tortillas (6-inch) or taco shells
Assorted toppings, such as shredded cheese, salsa, guacamole, chopped cilantro or lime wedges
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add pork; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
2. Stir in in Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
3. Spoon into warm tortillas or taco shells. Serve with desired toppings.
