INGREDIENTS
1 pound lean ground beef or ground turkey
1 package McCormick® Burrito Seasoning Mix
1 cup water
1 can (16 ounces) refried beans or pinto beans, drained and rinsed (optional)
8 flour tortillas (8-inch), warmed
Assorted toppings, such as shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, shredded cheese, salsa or sour cream
DIRECTIONS
1. Brown meat in large skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
2. Stir in Seasoning Mix, water and beans.
3. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 to 10 minutes or until liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Spoon into tortillas. Add desired toppings. Fold over bottom and sides of each tortilla to serve.
