INGREDIENTS
6 ounces egg noodles
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 pound boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into strips
4 ounces mushrooms, quartered
1 package McCormick® Hunter Sauce Mix
1 cup water
2 tablespoons dry red wine
DIRECTIONS
1. Cook noodles as directed on package. Drain.
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef and mushrooms; cook and stir 5 to 6 minutes or until browned.
3. Stir Sauce Mix, water and wine in small bowl until smooth. Add to beef mixture, mixing well. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 2 minutes. Serve over noodles.
