INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
Water or milk
Vegetable oil for frying
DIRECTIONS
1. Pour Fry Mix into plastic bag. Moisten shrimp with water or milk. Shake off excess. Coat shrimp, several pieces at a time, evenly with Fry Mix. Let stand 5 minutes.
2. Pour oil into deep fryer or large heavy skillet, filling no more than 1/3 full. Heat to 375°F on medium heat.
3. Fry shrimp, several pieces at a time, 3 to 5 minutes or until golden brown, turning once. Drain on paper towels.
