INGREDIENTS
1 package McCormick® Bag 'n Season® Chicken
2 1/2 pounds bone-in chicken parts
2 cups cut-up vegetables, such as carrots, onions and green bell peppers
1 can (20 ounces) crushed pineapple, undrained
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon soy sauce
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange opened Cooking Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Place chicken and vegetables in bag.
2. Mix Seasoning Mix with remaining ingredients; add to bag. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.
3. Bake in lower half of oven 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes.
Tips
IMPORTANT: Allow 8 inches for bag to expand while cooking. Cooking bag should not touch oven walls or racks.
