Tarragon Vinaigrette

To add a unique flavor to this vinaigrette, stir in 1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract.

Makes 4 (2-tablespoon) servings.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

1/3 cup olive oil

3 tablespoons white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon McCormick® Tarragon Leaves

1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper, Ground

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon sugar

DIRECTIONS

1. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Cover. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

2. Drizzle over mixed greens. Add fresh strawberries and toasted almonds, if desired.
