Peppered Italian Bread Dip

For a restaurant style dipping sauce for bread, just mix olive oil with McCormick® seasonings.

Makes 2 (1-tablespoon) servings.

Prep Time: 5 minutes

DIRECTIONS

1. Place peppercorns in pepper mill. Twist pepper mill 8 to 10 times over a small plate. Add Italian seasoning. Season to taste with sea salt.

2. Pour oil over spices to cover center of plate. Gently swirl plate to moisten spices.

3. Serve as a dipping sauce with crusty bread.

Tips

Test Kitchen Tip: For a Mediterranean touch, add a pinch of crushed McCormick® Rosemary Leaves.
