DIRECTIONS
1. Prepare brownie mix as directed on package. Stir in chocolate chips, vanilla and cinnamon. Spread in greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
2. Bake and cool as directed on package.
3. Meanwhile, for the Frosting, mix chocolate frosting and cinnamon. Spread over cooled brownie. Cut into squares.
Tips
Mexican Coffee Brownies: Prepare as directed, using McCormick® Pure Coffee Extract in place of the vanilla extract in the brownies and adding 1 teaspoon Coffee Extract to the frosting.
