- 1 Place chocolate chips and milk in microwavable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM 1 1/2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Microwave additional 30 seconds, if needed. The chocolate will retain some of its original shape. Remove from microwave and stir until completely melted.
