- Place chocolate chips and milk in microwavable bowl. Microwave on MEDIUM 1 1/2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Microwave additional 30 seconds, if needed. The chocolate will retain some of its original shape. Remove from microwave and stir until completely melted.
- Divide the glaze in half and color each portion as desired. For a deep pink glaze, add 4 drops of red food color. For a red glaze, use 8 drops. Drizzle over Tender Heart Cookies or Cupid's Cupcakes.
