Brownie mix gets a special flavor twist easily by using raspberry extract. The Raspberry Chocolate Frosting makes the brownies even more appealing.
1 package (family-size) fudge brownie mix
4 teaspoons McCormick® Raspberry Extract
2 teaspoons McCormick® Raspberry Extract
1 container (16 ounces) chocolate frosting
Prepare brownie mix as directed on package. Stir in raspberry extract. Spread in greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
Bake and cool as directed on package.
Meanwhile, for the Frosting, stir raspberry extract into chocolate frosting. Spread over cooled brownie. Cut into squares.
Test Kitchen Tip: For easy clean-up, line pan with foil with ends of foil extending over sides of pan. Use foil handles to remove baked dessert from pan. Place on cutting board and cut into squares.

Fantastic - they make a coffee extract? Where did you find that or can I use coffee. I have extract I found it in my local food store. But I would love to this with coffee flavor.
