This light and fluffy cheesecake is a perfect dessert for the summertime. It can be prepared in less than 10 minutes and you don't have to turn on your oven.
2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons McCormick® Strawberry Flavor
1 tub (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 prepared vanilla crumb crust (6 ounces)
Beat cream cheese, sugar and extract in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended and smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spoon into crust.
Refrigerate 3 hours or until set. Garnish with fresh strawberries or serve with Easy Strawberry Sauce (recipe follows), if desired. Store leftover cheesecake in refrigerator.
Easy Strawberry Sauce: Mix 1/2 cup strawberry jam with 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract or McCormick® Pure Almond Flavor.

Oh My Strawberries...this is so delicious!!! I made this for my Easter dessert and my family loves it. I actually have to tell myself not to go back for more. So Good!!!

love it, my weakness is cheesecake and this is one of the best out there.
Wonderful. Quick and easy but everyone will think it took more time to make. When I make this everyone always asks for the recipe. Nice cool refreshing treat!
