Easy Mocha Chunk Brownies

The combination of chocolate and coffee is irresistible in these chocolate-frosted brownies.

  • Prepare brownie mix as directed on package. Stir in coffee extract and chopped chocolate. Spread in greased 13x9-inch baking pan.

  • Bake and cool as directed on package.

  • Meanwhile, for the Mocha Frosting, mix frosting and coffee extract until well blended. Spread on cooled brownie. Cut into squares.

Cooking tip

Substitution Tip: Use 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips or chunks in place of the chopped chocolate.
