This decadent dessert dip is a real crowd-pleaser. Vary the flavor by using other McCormick® Extracts in place of the vanilla.
Microwave corn syrup, cream and vanilla in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 1 1/2 minutes or until mixture comes to boil. Add chocolate; stir until completely melted and smooth.
Serve warm as a dip with cut-up fresh fruit, assorted cookies, pretzels, pound cake or angel food cake cubes.
Flavor Variations: Prepare as directed. Use 1 teaspoon McCormick® Raspberry Extract or McCormick® Pure Orange Extract or 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Almond Flavor in place of the vanilla.
Easy Mexican Chocolate Fondue: Prepare as directed. Add 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cinnamon or 1 teaspoon each Ground Cinnamon and McCormick® Chili Powder with chocolate.
