Add an extra helping of flavor to chocolate desserts and beverages with a dollop of whipped cream that’s flavored with cocoa and cinnamon.
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Cinnamon, Ground
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
Beat cream, confectioners’ sugar, cocoa, cinnamon and vanilla in medium bowl with electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Cover.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Make It Easy: Omit heavy cream and confectioners’ sugar. Gently stir cocoa powder, cinnamon and vanilla into 1 tub (8 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed.
Serving Suggestion: Serve whipped cream on Spiced Pecan Tarts.
