Almonds and white chocolate make a delicious combination in cookies. Bake a batch for a cookie exchange, a holiday cookie platter, tea-time or anytime of the year.

Substitution Tip: Use 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips in place of the chopped white chocolate.
Test Kitchen Tip: Almonds may be toasted before adding to cookie dough. Place slivered almonds in single layer on baking pan. Bake in preheated 350°F oven 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring halfway through cooking.
