INGREDIENTS
8 eggs, lightly beaten
2 cups half-and-half
2 teaspoons McCormick® Sage, Rubbed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper, Ground
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
8 ounces crabmeat
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green onions
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix eggs, half-and-half, sage, salt, lemon peel and pepper in large bowl until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; toss gently until well mixed. Pour into greased 13x9-inch baking dish.
2. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
