1 loaf (16 ounces) Italian bread
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic, Minced
2 teaspoons McCormick® Parsley Flakes
Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut bread diagonally into 1-inch slices, without cutting through bottom of loaf. Place bread on sheet of foil large enough to enclose entire loaf.
Mix cheese, butter and seasonings until well blended. Spread on both sides of bread slices. Wrap bread tightly in foil.
Bake 20 minutes or until bread is heated through.
