INGREDIENTS
1 can (14 ounces) Thai Kitchen® Coconut Milk
4 ounces light rum
1 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon McCormick® Pumpkin Pie Spice
4 cups ice cubes
DIRECTIONS
1. Place coconut milk, pineapple juice, rum, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add ice; blend until slushy.
2. Pour into beverage glasses. Serve immediately.
Tips
Pumpkin Pie Spiced Piña Colada Mocktail: Prepare as directed, omitting rum.
