1 can (13.66 ounces) Thai Kitchen® Coconut Milk
1 cup pineapple juice
4 ounces light rum
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon McCormick® Pumpkin Pie Spice
4 cups ice cubes
Place coconut milk, pineapple juice, rum, sugar and pumpkin pie spice in blender container; cover. Blend on high speed until smooth. Add ice; blend until slushy.
Pour into beverage glasses. Serve immediately.
Pumpkin Pie Spiced Piña Colada Mocktail: Prepare as directed, omitting rum.
