Make this fall-favorite coffeehouse beverage at home with McCormick® Pumpkin Pie Spice and a few tablespoonfuls of canned pumpkin.
2 cups whole milk
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons canned pumpkin
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
2 tablespoons McCormick® Pure Vanilla Extract
1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pumpkin Pie Spice
Bring milk, sugar and pumpkin to simmer in medium saucepan on medium heat, stirring to dissolve sugar.
Carefully pour mixture into blender container. Add coffee, vanilla and pumpkin pie spice. With center part of blender cover removed to let steam escape, blend on medium speed until smooth and frothy. Pour into mugs. Serve immediately.
Dairy-Free Pumpkin Pie Spice Latte: Use 1 can (13.66 ounces) Thai Kitchen® Coconut Milk in place of the whole milk.

My tip: I make 5x the "base" (the canned pumpkin, sugar, vanilla, and PP spice) of this recipe, and keep it in the fridge so that I can just add fresh coffee and milk anytime to have an awesome drink. This is also the best way to enjoy it iced.

Awesome. I made this on Thanksgiving and guest really loved it. A little thicker than Starbucks version but very tasty. Will serve it again.
