This appetizer is perfect for casual entertaining. Set the ingredients out on the counter and have your guests assemble the pizza.
1 prepared pizza crust, 12-inch
1 1/2 cups shredded Mexican cheese blend
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 teaspoons McCormick® Chili Powder
1 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/3 cup thinly sliced red bell pepper
1/3 cup thinly sliced green bell pepper
1/4 cup sliced black olives
Preheat oven to 450°F. Place pizza crust on large baking sheet.
Toss cheese, oil, chili powder and pepper sauce in medium bowl. Spread 1/2 of the cheese mixture evenly over crust. Top with vegetables, olives and remaining cheese mixture.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cut into 2-inch pieces to serve.
