These easy-to-make party meatballs deliver flavor with a horseradish kick.
1 package McCormick® Brown Gravy Mix
1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon McCormick® Parsley Flakes
1 teaspoon McCormick® Basil Leaves
1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Black Pepper, Ground
4 teaspoons McCormick® Mustard, Ground
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon honey
Preheat oven to 375°F. For the Cocktail Meatballs, mix all ingredients in large bowl until well blended. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place on foil-lined baking pan.
Bake 10 to 15 minutes until cooked through.
Meanwhile, for the Honey Mustard Sauce, measure ground mustard into small bowl. Stir to break up any lumps. Add 1 mayonnaise and honey; stir until smooth. Serve with meatballs.
