Serve this colorful dip in a bread bowl for a unique presentation.
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 can (8 ounces) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers
1 teaspoon McCormick® Dill Weed
1 package McCormick® Spinach Dip Mix
Assorted dippers, such as cut-up fresh vegetables, crackers, pita wedges or chips
Stir sour cream, mayonnaise, water chestnuts, green onions, red bell pepper, dill and Seasoning Mix in medium bowl until well blended. Cover.
Refrigerate 1 hour. Serve with assorted dippers.

Well forget how fattening it is and refine a bit. Nice balance of ingredients. Recipe is easy to experiment with.
