You Will Need
1 pkg. McCormick® Roasted Garlic & Rosemary Potato Steamers Seasoning & Steaming Bag
4 cups cubed potatoes (about 1½ lbs. or 4 medium potatoes)
1 tbsp. oil
OPEN Steaming Bag. Place potatoes in Bag. Add oil; shake Bag to coat evenly. Add Seasoning; shake Bag again to coat evenly.
PLACE Bag with potatoes in 2-quart microwavable dish, arranging potatoes in single layer. Close Bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of Bag to allow steam to escape.
MICROWAVE on HIGH 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open Bag. Stir before serving.
NOTE: Microwave ovens vary; cook time is approximate.
Makes 6 (3/4-cup) servings.
