You Will Need
1 pkg. McCormick® Veggie Steamers Seasoning & Steaming Bag
1/2 cup cold water
Fresh vegetables (choose one from chart)
MIX Seasoning and water with whisk until well blended. Arrange opened Steaming Bag in 2-quart microwavable bowl or dish. Place your choice of vegetable in Bag.
POUR Seasoning mixture over vegetable in Bag; shake to coat evenly. Close Bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of Bag to allow steam to escape.
MICROWAVE on HIGH as directed on chart or until vegetable is tender-crisp. Remove from microwave. Let stand 5 minutes to complete cooking. Cut open Bag. Stir before serving.

For Frozen Vegetables: Use 1 bag (16 oz.) frozen broccoli or cauliflower florets. Decrease water to ¼ cup. Microwave on HIGH 7 to 8 minutes.
