McCormick® Chicken Taco Seasoning Mix is a zesty blend of authentic Mexican seasonings, including onions and peppers, that's certain to turn ordinary chicken into a fiesta of flavor.

Makes 8 tacos.
You Will Need
1 pkg. McCormick® Chicken Taco Seasoning Mix
1 tbsp. oil
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into ½-inch cubes or strips
1/2 cup water
8 taco shells or flour tortillas (6-inch)
Assorted Toppings: Shredded Lettuce, Chopped Tomatoes, Shredded Cheese, Salsa or Guacamole
HEAT oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until no longer pink.
STIR in Seasoning Mix and water.
BRING to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 5 to 7 minutes or until most of liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally. Spoon into warm taco shells. Serve with toppings, if desired.
USAGE
Use for taco salad, nachos or quesadillas.
Pork Tacos: Use 1 lb. boneless pork. Prepare as above.
