Makes 1¼ cups.
You Will Need
1 pkg. McCormick® Béarnaise Sauce Mix
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1 cup milk
MELT butter in small saucepan on medium-low heat. Stir in milk and Sauce Mix with whisk.
STIRRING frequently, cook on medium heat until sauce comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute or until thickened, stirring occasionally. Serve with steak, chicken, seafood, vegetables or egg dishes.
Shrimp Bearnaise: Melt 2 tbsp. butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined; cook and stir 3 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Stir 1 cup milk and Sauce Mix into shrimp. Stirring frequently, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Serve over pasta or rice.
